About Us
Uplifting Connections was founded right here in the Sutherland Shire with one simple belief: that everyone — regardless of age or ability — deserves genuine companionship and a little extra support to get the most out of life.
We’re a local, independent service built on real human connection. Whether it’s a morning out at the shops, a walk along the waterfront, an appointment where you’d rather not go alone, or simply a friendly face to share a cup of tea with — we show up, we listen, and we genuinely care.
We work with older adults, people living with disability, NDIS participants, and anyone who would benefit from a warm, reliable presence in their week. Our approach is always calm, unhurried, and shaped around what matters to you.

Why Uplifting Connections
We’re not a large corporate agency where clients and staff are just numbers. We’re a small, dedicated team that takes the time to build genuine relationships — because we believe that’s what real support looks like.
We know the Sutherland Shire and surrounds — the clinics, the services, the community — and we show up consistently.
Your goals and preferences shape every interaction. There’s no one-size-fits-all here — only support that fits you.
We handle the logistics, the waiting, the communication — so your focus can stay on your wellbeing, not the admin.
Police checked, first aid current, and continuously trained. You and your family can trust who walks through the door.
We take the time to truly know each client — your preferences, your routines, what makes your day better. You’ll never feel like a booking reference or a case file to us.
No random workers sent to your door. We’re a small, close-knit team — which means consistency, genuine relationships, and support that actually feels personal.
